Who We Are
The Nice Matters Foundation (NMF) was created in 2021 to honor the life and legacy of Meade Maxwell, who passed away from testicular cancer at the age of 25. His kindness, spirit, and unwavering belief that “nice matters” continue to inspire everything we do.
Our Mission
We are committed to raising awareness about testicular cancer, funding vital research to improve treatments, and supporting those impacted by this daunting — yet highly treatable — disease. Through education, advocacy, and direct support initiatives, we work to make early detection and compassionate care more accessible for men everywhere.
Why Kindness Matters
At the core of our foundation is a simple but powerful belief: kindness can change lives. Inspired by Meade’s outlook, we encourage acts of empathy and generosity, big and small. From holding a door open to volunteering time or resources, every kind gesture creates a ripple effect of hope, healing, and connection in our communities.
